Is Your Spokesperson… Many times our Chamber of Commerce is the first stop for the newcomer in town and also the telephone operator for the community. As your spokesperson, we refer only Chamber members. Is Your Sales Manager… Our Chamber of Commerce sells this area and our members. We continually invite new businesses and tourists to the Eldon area to see what we have to offer. We supply information packets to the entire area. We also work with the State Tourism Department and the Department of Economic Development to promote the area. Is Your Training Agent… We conduct seminars to help our members solicit their goods and keep them informed on rules and regulations that will affect their business. We also conduct training and continuing education opportunities for employees at all levels of employment. Is Your Legislative Representative… Continually working with our city, county, state and federal legislators on issues important to everyone in the area. Multiplies Your Effectiveness in the Community… By providing the structure, volunteer leadership, professional staff and full time office operation, we implement an effective program to meet the needs of our growing community.
